Our Wedding Design Process

Day 1: Delivery Day

The first day of our design process starts with delivery. We always make sure to walk through the order and ensure everything we need is delivered correctly and is in the best condition. Once items are delivered we put them immediately in the floral cooler to keep them nice and fresh. 

Day 2: Processing Time

Once we have all the necessary flowers and items we need, it’s time to start processing them. This means making sure all the flowers are sanitized, hydrated, nourished and protected to ensure top quality for the wedding. 

Day 3 (Part 1): Time to Strip the Flowers 

Next step would be to strip all the flowers. This means removing all the unwanted leaves and thorns. This will allow your flowers to drink more quickly and will help the creation process easier and help it all look in tip top shape.

Day 3 (Part 2): Organizing the Flowers

Once we have stripped the flowers we then organize them by flower type to make the creation process easier and more efficient. 

Day 4: The Creative Process

We love this day because it’s where we get to use our creative juices to create all the beautiful arrangements.

Day 5: 85% Complete

Almost finished. Today we finished up the last couple of arrangements. 

Day 6: All Arrangements Are Complete

Arrangements are complete and in the floral cooler ready to be delivered. However, we do one last check to make sure we have everything the couple has requested and will need. 

Day 7: Wedding Day – Time to Set Up

Our favorite day. Time to set up and see the design vision come to life! We also especially love seeing the look on the couple’s face once they get a first glance at the work.
