The Slocomb’s were married on April 29th 2022 at Knowlton Mansion in Philadelphia, PA. This was a fun wedding to help design and plan because of their love for origami and because of the historic venue. 

The bride and groom incorporated origami in several aspects of their wedding day: 

Ceremony 

Beautiful colored origami birds hung throughout the gazebo for their ceremony, making it a beautiful addition to say “I Do.”

Reception Ceilings 

White origami birds hung from the ceiling throughout the reception, giving it a beautiful twinkle throughout the venue. 

Reception Centerpieces

White origami birds were placed throughout the table centerpieces giving it the decor that perfect “Slocomb” touch. 

Guest Book

The bride and groom had their guests sign large origami papers for their “guest book.”

We were also big fans of  Knowlton Mansion and Kevin Crawford Photography who helped capture some pretty unique and beautiful shots of the couple throughout the historic estate.
